GameStop recently revamped its customer loyalty and rewards system and created a new PowerUp Rewards site to track your activity—games you purchase, trade in for credit, and plan to buy. The system is clever and nicely integrated. For example: my wife and I recently traded in our Wii and all accessories and games. The site doesn’t track hardware (at least, not yet), but every game we traded in at our local GameStop retail store is sitting in a private area of my profile with “move to games I had” buttons. This makes it really easy to record all those changes in my library and let friends know about our shift to the PS3.
