iCab, an extremely powerful and customizable browser for iPhone and iPad, can copy anything you have selected, plus the current page’s URL. In the selection popover, just tap over one or two sets of menus to find the “Copy (+URL)” command.
This is perfect for doing research and pasting that information into other apps, or for sharing that information to one of the many services iCab supports.
