Mr. Reader is my favorite feed reader for iPad. It’s packed with features, and one of my favorite is a customizable Services menu for doing all sorts of things with the articles you read.
You can open links in your favorite non-Safari browser like iCab Mobile (my main browser), Chrome, Grazing, and others. You can also send links to task managers like OmniFocus and Things and the blogging client Blogsy.
