iPhone displays no reply options for callers with blocked numbers

In iOS 6, Apple added options next to the ‘slide to answer’ bar to silence a call and automatically reply with a custom text message. But if a caller blocked their number, the call screen won’t display the reply menu.

You can still silence any call by pressing one of the volume buttons.
