When you use the Share > Email This Page option in Safari, Mail opens a new message window with a unique toolbar. It gives you the choice of sharing your link in four different ways: as just a plain link, the ‘full’ webpage (with mixed results, in my experience), a PDF, or in Safari’s Reader view that focuses on the page’s content.

PDF and Reader view are nice additions, as Safari’s File menu used to have only the first two options.
