Buzz Contacts, a great app for making shortcuts to getting in touch with your favorite people or whole groups, makes it easy to email your Camera+ photos.

You have to go to Buzz’s settings > extras first, and enable photo attachments. Then, the next time you email a person or a group, you’ll see the Camera+ option above. Tapping it will quickly switch you to Camera+ where your lightbox will open. Tap the photo you want to send to switch right back to Buzz where an email is waiting with the photo already attached.
