How often have you hit send on an email or a forum post, then realized you forgot to add something or there was a typo? I do it too often.
Desk.com—a customer support platform and help desk—has added the ability to undo sending a message if you catch your mistake in the first ten seconds. They aren’t the first to add this feature, but it’s a welcome addition nonetheless.
