Hide the Finder’s sidebar, toolbar, or both

You can trim your Finder window to save space and reduce clutter, depending on your workflow. ⌘-⌥-S (View > Hide Sidebar) will hide the sidebar (the second gallery image), while ⌘-⌥-T (View > Hide Toolbar) will hide both the top toolbar and sidebar.
